Boys Hostel
The College has separate hostels for men with all modern amenities provided within a stone's throw distance from the college. Students are provided with healthy food from the hostel mess. The hostels are supervised by inmate wardens.

Auditorium
JBASC Cochin has an auditorium with a seating capacity of 2000 people. The fully air-conditioned area is used for organising placement drives, pre-placement talks, workshops, seminars, guest lectures, conferences, cultural festivals and prize distribution ceremonies. The main auditorium includes a mini auditorium that can accommodate 700 people. The place is well-equipped with a LCD projector and an additional big screen. There is a seminar hall as well which can accommodate over 200 people.
