54 MonthsBachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is four years and six months, inclusive of six months of compulsory internship courses offered by the University of Jammu, Jammu.
Eligibility Criteria
- Attained or shall attain the age of 17 years on 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the Institute/College.
- Passed the Higher Secondary Part-II examination (10+2 pattern) of the J&K State Board of School Education or an Examination recognized as equivalent thereto with 50% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- In the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, the minimum percentage of marks shall be 45%.
- Every candidate before admission to the course shall furnish a medical fitness certificate from an authorized Govt. Medical Officer to the Principal of the Institution to the effect that the candidate is medically fit to undergo a Physiotherapy course.
- Every candidate shall pay the fees as prescribed by the University from time to time.
- The Students admitted to the course shall attain such lectures delivered, practical classes held, and seminars conducted as prescribed by the Statutes.
