Biomechanics is the study of the structure and function of biological systems such as humans, animals, plants, organs, and cells employing the methods of mechanics. In other words, Biomechanics is the study of the mechanical laws relating to the structure or movement of living organisms. It involves factors such as how the body applies force on itself and to other bodies with which it comes into contact.
