JNTUA College of Engineering, Pulivendula foundation was laid on 25th December 2005 by former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, late Dr. Y.S. Rajashekhara Reddy. JNTUACEP is a constituent college of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur, and has been approved by the AICTE, New Delhi. The courses offered by JNTUACEP Pulivendula include B.Tech., M.Tech. and M.Sc.
Admissions to JNTUACEP B.Tech programmes are offered based on valid AP-EAMCET scores while AP-PGECET or GATE scores are considered for M.Tech admissions. The M.Sc admissions to JNTUA College of Engineering are done based on the candidate’s performance in the PGCET. If PGCET candidates are not available then the admissions will be made purely based on the candidate’s performance in the qualifying examination. JNTUACEP Pulivendula also offers scholarships and placement opportunities to its students. College Infrastructure
It's not proper as other colleges, it is lack of some infrastructure, unfinished roads and unlined roads without protection curbs. Every class room has its own furniture, lights fans and projectors with screens.

JNTU College of Engineering, Pulivendula is a better choice.
Placements : The placements in the college are good. The college has received many awards. Many of students were selected by companies like Wipro, Amazon, Microsoft, etc. Every year, around 1,000 to 1,500 students are selected at an average. Almost 90-98% of the students get the internships from college.
Infrastructure : Here, students get good infrastructure. They have a good internet facility. They have a good lab facilities like lab guides. They have good medical facilities. Good sports facilities too.
Faculty : They teach students in digital methods so that they can understand easily. The faculty to student ratio is 1:10. They have good events every year including Technical fests and industrial visits.
