24 MonthsBachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Technical Education (NCTE) and offered by Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur.
Eligibility Criteria
1) A citizen of India who has passed any Bachelor’s degree examination of any University in India or abroad recognized as equivalent through the 10+2+3/4/5 pattern of education, who has obtained 50% of marks in aggregate of all the subjects he/she has studied for the degree, is eligible for admission to B.Ed. programme.
2) The candidate with less than 50% aggregate in the degree, but a Master's Degree with 50% is also eligible for B.Ed. programme.
3) In the case of SC/ST, Category -1 and physically challenged student 45% marks in aggregate of all the subjects he/she has studied for the degree course or 45% in post-graduation.
4) A candidate for admission to the degree of B.Ed. must fulfill the eligibility criteria as per the directives of the Govt. of A.P from time to time.
Admission Details
Admission shall be made on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and the university.
