Jyotiba College of Physical Education, Nagpur Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has library facilities provided in support of academic research and academic programs of the institution. The college has a good library with ample space for reading. At present, the library has 3654 volumes with 1050 titles. They also subscribe to 12 journals, National and International. Library rules are framed to ensure an appropriate environment for study, research, and professional assistance for students and research scholars. Research scholars, other than our students, can also use the Library for an hourly time period without any charge.

The College has provided Research Labs (Sports Psychology Laboratory, Human Performance Laboratory, Education Technology Laboratory, Anatomy Physiology and Health Education Laboratory, and Physiotherapy Athletic Care and Rehabilitation Laboratory).

The College has an air-conditioned auditorium with a built-up area of 1350 sq. meters. The seating capacity is about 200 persons. Various Activities of the students are conducted in the auditorium.

The College has an independent canteen building on the campus where a separate seating arrangement exists for students and employees. Coffee Kiosk: There is a coffee counter in the canteen premises for the benefit of students. Apart from this, two coffee kiosks are being run near the library building for the students and staff.

The College has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. The College Medical Officer is available round the clock for any medical help required by the students.

The College has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The College has a Gym facility for the students. There is a Multi Gym ( 21 stations ).

The College has sports facilities for all students. Like 3 Badminton courts, Table tennis, Chess, Carrom, 400-meter jogging track, Basketball clay court, Volleyball court, Lawn Tennis Court, Cricket ground with turf wicket, Hockey, and Football ground.

The College has Swimming pool facilities for all students.

The College has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The College has a girls' hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The College has 4 Buses with a 52-person seating capacity each for student transportation from various hostels and city areas to the college campus. 3 LMVs with 8-person seating capacity for Administrative work. Apart from these facilities, the city bus service is available up to the college campus from the central location of the city.

The College has a post office located on the adjoining campus of CRPF. The college has signed an agreement with DTDC Courier and Cargo Ltd. for daily courier services. Bank: The college has an ATM of Punjab National Bank on the college campus for the benefit of students as well as employees. During peak activity periods, a cashier from the bank is also called upon to sit on the college premises and open a counter to receive various fees from the students so that they are not required to visit a bank.

The College has a Stationery shop, and the Xerox facility is available on the college campus.
