B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education): This programme accommodates 100 candidates who are always admitted on merit: academic marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or performance in relevant entrance examination. For all B.Ed. programmes, the admission policy of the State Government, Union Territory administration, and the University to which the college is affiliated, are followed. This programme is a two-year full-time course for preparing teachers with Models of Teaching and Educational Psychology in Secondary School Teaching.

Kaliyaganj College of Education D.El.Ed Admission Process

D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education): The D.El.Ed. programme has an intake of 50 seats. The admission process for this course is also merit-based, determined by the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination and/or entrance test. Any additional selection process prescribed by the concerned authority is also taken into account. This two-year programme is designed for primary education teachers. Both programmes integrate theoretical and practical teaching to prepare graduates to meet the current teaching challenges.
