This affixed college commenced in the year 1992 located in the vibrant city of Mumbai, Maharashtra. KRVIA, affiliated to the Council of Architecture, is an institute that has managed to make a name for itself in the field of architecture and environmental studies. The institute sprawls over a built-up campus of 0.95 acres, providing a dedicated learning environment to its 484 students. KRVIA maintains a magnificent faculty-to-student ratio of 30 dedicated educators.
KRVIA Mumbai is affiliated to the college University of Mumbai, Mumbai. Much of the amenities required to facilitate the learning process of students get set up at KRVIA Mumbai right from the beginning. The college library is a landmine of knowledge, resourcing more than 6,000 books on architecture, arts, literature, cinema, photography, history, and philosophy. KRVIA Mumbai offers a focused range of architectural programs from at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels with three full-time courses. The flagship is the five-year bachelor's degree course in architecture, namely the Bachelor of Architecture or B.Arch, with an intake of 80 students per year. At a postgraduate level, the institute offers two specialised two-year Master of Architecture programs. M.Arch in Urban Design and M.Arch in Urban Conservation, with an intake of 20 students each.

Overall it is a good college for B.Arch
College Infrastructure
Hostel rooms arer quite good and spacious. The mess food is also very good. Other facilities data offer to the students are laundry, water supply, electricity, internet connections and stationery shops. It is surrounded by the lush green nature.
