The college offers two full-time programmes for students in higher education. The college provides 5-year Undergraduate B.Arch with an annual intake of 80 students. Entrance to the B.Arch programme is through the performance of a candidate in JEE Main or NATA. The candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects and must qualify in the entrance exam for admission.
The college offers an M.Arch programme with specialisation in Urban Design and Urban Conservation with an intake of 20 students each. A bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognised university is required for admission. KRVIA admission to this course may have further requirements or interviews.
