Karnataka College of Pharmacy, Bangalore (KCP Bangalore) is one of the recognised institutions for the course till 2003 in Bangalore. Multimedia computer terminals make up the colleges information technology; the college possesses sixty computer terminals. Regarding the students’ physical health, the college offers a gym and sports equipment. The campus also has an auditorium for special occasions and seminars, a canteen, and ample space for car parking. Medical requirements are met through presence of a health centre that houses the first aid amenities.

The institute provide pharmacy courses such as B.Pharma, M.Pharma with specialisations in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharm.D, Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate and D.Pharma. All the courses are carried out throughout the year, and the programmes takes between 2 and 6 years.

The entry requirements at Karnataka College of Pharmacy has been established in a manner that sorts out capable and hard working students. The KCP admission calendar is generally synchronized with an academic session from August-September. The eligibility for admission at KCP Bangalore varies depending on the program. All undergraduates, like B.Pharma, need to complete 10+2 with Subjects as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Pharma: KCP Bangalore starts a batch of 100 students for the B.Pharma course which is a full-fledged four-year undergraduate program. The admission may go on considering 10+2 marks weightage in consideration with state-level entrance marks too. The whole curriculum of this course covers a wide range of pharmacy sciences.

M.Pharma: KCP Bangalore offers as many as four specializations for the M.Pharma program i.e. Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Industrial Pharmacy. The applicant to these two-year periods must be registered with the State Pharmacy Council at or before the time of admission into the M.Pharma Program.

Pharm.D: KCP Bangalore offers this Ph.D. course in Pharmacy program. Typically, it is a 6-year degree with the principal focus on providing exposure to clinical pharmacy. Admission details are not usually qualified but usually require 10+2 with science subjects.

Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate: This continues with B.Pharma graduates who have recently completed B.Pharma and have intentions of commencing their doctoral program in pharmacy. Acceptance requirements include possible consideration of the bachelor's performance and review for an entrance exam or interview.

D.Pharma: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) is a 2-year program with an intake of 60 students. The admission is likely to be based on the 10+2 results concentrating on the science subjects.

a. Karnataka College of Pharmacy had decent infrastructure with the necessary facilities and equipment to support pharmaceutical education and practical training. b. The classrooms were equipped with projectors and basic seating arrangements, ensuring a conducive learning environment. Laboratories were well-stocked with essential apparatus for experiments, and the library had a good collection of books, journals, and digital resources. WiFi was available but limited to certain areas. c. The hostel facilities were basic but clean, and the mess food was hygienic, though the variety was limited.
