I am studying BCA here because i was always interested in computers and accounts both, and the quality of teaching is really good here. Lectures are conducted regularly and at most of the time attendance is quite full. The curriculum is quite up to date and also teachers teach us about the recent developments in the field ,which helps us a lot in our future career.Also recently a session of industry experts was conducted who helped us guide towards our career.
College Infra
The college of KB Joshi is situated in the Cummins College of Engineering campus and is a part of the Maharshi Stree Shikshan Sanstha. There is a separate building in the campus surrounded by coconut ,neem,mango and all tall trees. it is indeed a beautiful campus full of greenary and the buildings are newly contructed with well equipped classrooms .Also the canteen is a delight and serves delicious food. Also there are arrangements of parking within the campus itself.
Campus Life
The college has one of the best campus life of Pune. The budget of the college is also quite high and all the events are celebrated with great enthusiasm. All students are encouraged to participate in the annual social gathering which boosts each and every student's confidence. Also all the days like the traditional day, bollywood day ,etc are celebrated with great joy. The teachers help us with the fests and all the decorations are done by the students itself.
Placements
The placements of the college are quite good as compared to other BCA colleges in the city. Almost 80-90% of the students are placed here every year and the average salary is around 3-4 lakhs. Also many students get a salary of 8-10 lakhs per year. The placement process is quite easy and teachers mentor us constantly about what to do and what not to. Also mock tests are taken in our class prior to the interviews as well.
Value For Money
The college fees is Rs. 50,000 per year , that is Rs. 1,50,000 for the three year course. And i think the fee is appropriate as the quality of education received is really good and the placements are the best indeed. So the money is totally worth it.

I am studying BCA here and the teaching quality is really good. The college starts early in the morning and ends around 12 noon. The college timing isn't much which gives us extra time to study on our own. Also lectures are conducted regularly and parents of the defualters are also called to the college. The college is pretty strict in those matters.But overall the teachers are quite supportive and the education received has a practical approach in it.
College Infra
The college campus is really beautiful, neat and clean. The sweepers appointed clean the campus the entire day and one may not even find bits of paper also here. The medical facilities are also good and the classrooms are also newly built and are clean.The library is a bit small tho and at times there is a shortage of books there. The hostel facilities are one of the best in pune. There are four hostels- Baya karve, Divekar and two more which can accomodate more than 1000 students .
Campus Life
All college activities are celebrated with great joy by the college staff and the students.Last year we had a theme of 'wedding' for our annual gathering. The decorations are done by the students itself and are quite innovative and worth-seeing. The college also has a good budget for all the events. Students are also encouraged to participate in sports and we have our own cricket,foootball,basketball ,etc team which compete with other colleges and win prizes.
Placements
The placements of the college are the best. The highest salary offered was of 8 lakhs per annum which is really good for a BCA student. Also the average salary offered is 3-4 lakhs and most of the students are placed here every year. Also well known IT companies like Cognizant,A&T ,etc offer a few sudents a salary of 6-7 lakhs as well. The college starts the interview preparation of students from the second year itself which is extremely helpful!
Value For Money
The fees of the college is 50,000 per year which makes it around 1,50,000 rs for the three year BCA course. I think as compared to the quality of education received and the amazing placements the fee is quite accurate. I personally feel that the money is totally worth it.

I am studying BCA here.The quality of teaching is also really good.Lectues are conducted regularly but many students bunk classes and don't attend the lectures.At such times teachers do take strict actions and inform their parents aboit the same.The curriculum is as per the university of Pune.
College Infra
The KB Joshi Institute of Information Technology is situated within the Campus of Cummins College of Engineering.It is a part of Maharishi Karve's Stri Shikshan Sanstha.The campus is quite beautiful and ia really clean.One wont find event small bits of paper around its that clean.Also hygiene is maintained at its best.Classrooms are good and the laboratories are well maintained.Hostel facility is also the best.
Campus Life
The campus life is really good here.Many cultural activities take place here.The annual gathering is such an event which is held around february in the Cummins college os engineering hall.This is a great oppurtunity for all the students to actively participate in the events and enjoy themselves in the dance,music ,fashion show and what npt.
Placements
The quality of placements is really good.The highest salary offered is of 10 lakh per annuum.Also most of the people are placed with 3-4 lakhs per annum salary.BIg companies like cognizant come here.If one if good with their everyday studies she is definately placed from the college campus interviews.
Value For Money
The value for money is quite good here.The fees is around fifty thousand per year which is not much as compared to the education received here.ALso many scholarships are available for students and discounts of fees is given to the under-previlieged as well.
