At present there is only one full time programme offered at the Kerala University College of Teacher Education, Kollam namely the Bachelor of Education [B.ED]. This two-year program is meant to produce competent and passionate teachers to be able to face the tasks in contemporary classroom. This course has an intake capacity of 50 students which have been approved by the college and hence making the environment learner friendly. The courses offer in B.Ed include everything about teaching profession, the psychology of education and approaches to teaching.
