General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year full-time diploma programme offered by Punjab Nurses Registration Council, Chandigarh and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC)
The selection of candidate shall be made on merit, based on marks obtained by them in 10+2.
A. Minimum and Maximum age for admission shall be 17 and 35 years respectively.
B. Minimum education :
1. 10+2 class passed or its equivalent preferably with an aggregate of 50% marks.
2. Those who have cleared 10+2 vocational ANM course (revised after 2001) from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
C. Students shall be medically fit.
