Krishna School of Emerging Technology and Applied Research, Vadodara, Gujarat, was established in 2004. In the scenario of leading educational institutions, this constituent college has been offering various programs with AICTE approval through its different departments. Located on a vast 27-acre campus, KSET has a total student enrolment of 1,493, and the faculty strength is 148. The institute offers 10 courses in 4 degree programs, having a specialization in engineering, technology, and management. With 953 male and 344 female students in the institution, the gender ratio for KSET would stand at 3:1, hence ensuring diversity in the campus environment.

 KSET provides a student with all sorts of modern facilities that enrich campus life. There are separate hostels for boys and girls that include fully furnished A/C and non-A/C rooms, attached bathrooms, and common dining halls. The institution is fully equipped with all the facilities which promote the academic pursuits of students, such as a well-stocked library furnished with more than 19,000 books and an RFID system that is properly advanced in managing its functioning. Attractive IT infrastructure consists of high-speed internet connectivity and well-maintained, well-equipped computer laboratories. This would also include indoor and outdoor sports facilities, a gymnasium hall, and a place for a health centre with first aid. The campus is provided with two advanced auditoriums, along with smart classrooms well-equipped to provide all the modern amenities for an augmented learning experience.

It offers a wide range of academic courses to the students, including 6 undergraduate, 2 postgraduate, and 2 diploma programs. These are all full-time courses; it caters to different specializations in engineering and management. For all courses, a total approved intake is 552 seats, of which the BE Computer Science and Engineering program has the highest with 180 seats. The KSET commitment to education can be gauged through the different array of courses it has in its sleeve, thereby giving their students different avenues to pursue their desired field of studies.

The admissions to KSET are mainly based on the results of Gujarat Common Entrance Test, GUJCET, conducted for the undergraduate programs in the Faculty of Engineering. This state-level test is one of the very significant and important methods in the process of admitting the meritorious students to the institute.
