KSET Vadodara Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College hostel facility is provided with separate accommodation for Male students, with fully furnished AC and Non AC (2 bed and 3 bed) rooms that have attached bath, balcony, and a common Dining Hall as well as an Audio-Visual Lounge.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The College Library also subscribes to Journals and Periodicals of Technical and General Interests. The Library also houses over 19,000 Books on various subjects ranging from Technology, Pharmacy through Management to Knowledge Resources, and Personality Development. The 300 Chairs placed in the Library are the outcome of the smallest detailing worked out in selecting ergonomic chairs for the students. Also, the whole Library Management System is made fully automated wherein the students use RFID (Radio Frequency Identification System) for various functioning like book search, issue, and return. We are the first in the State to launch this RFID System for various modules of Campus Management.

The college Sports facilities include an indoor arena with provision for table tennis, carom, chess, etc, and an outdoor sports ground with kits for Cricket, Volley Ball, etc.

The College computing environment gives members of the community access to a rich array of technologies and information resources for academic, research, and administrative use. We have a central computing facility with High configuration computers in LAN with High Speed 48 MBPS Internet Connectivity. The academic and administrative departments, laboratories, and the central library maintain their own computing facilities. Additional facilities like Scanning, Printing (black and Color), CD and DVD Writing, etc are facilitated to the students here. This Lab is consists of 4 High-speed Servers to control the Networking and share the internet on the client's PCs.

The College has provided its students with the facility for food, where they get breakfast, lunch, and all other stuff. All health-oriented measures are taken here for maintaining a neat and clean hygienic space for all.

The college can boast of two State-of-the-Art Auditoriums with a capacity of 200 and 180 fixed cushioned chairs respectively on a gradient floor and a raised stage with a podium. Both auditoria are complete with a multi-media facility comprising an LCD Projector, Large Screen, and Wi-Fi internet. There exist appropriate lighting with variable illumination. The walls are fixed with suitable surface tiles to provide echo-free acoustics

The College has Plenty of comfortable buses plying to and fro to transport students and staff. This means that approximately 500 two-wheelers have been kept off the road, leading to a small but meaningful contribution to enhancing the environment. This adds to the safety of commuters, keeping to the time schedules and eliminating the hazard of traveling on the national highway.

The college has an Alumni Association of campus is constituted to strengthen the bonding between the Alumni and Institute, to promote and foster mutually beneficial interaction between the Alumni themselves and the present students of the Institute, to encourage joint venture activities, R and D projects so as to contribute towards the social utility of Alma Mater. Alumni meet is organized every year to provide a platform to disseminate knowledge, share success stories of Alumni, and join hands for future activities.

The Campus provides the students with a housing facility for Xerox and various stationery items. This stall is equipped with all the facilities like Binding, Laminating, Spiral Binding, etc. Also, The college provides students with their own printed materials like drawing sheets, workshop books, journals, etc. There is also a Telephone booth here for all.

The College Smart classrooms are equipped with the latest configuration PCs with Projector and other amenities to enhance the teaching-learning process. Fully Air-conditioned ICT-enabled classrooms provide an environment where learning happens naturally.
