 A Candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (XII^th Standard) Examination conducted by the different Divisional Boards of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with the following subjects:

• English
• Any one of the Modern Indian Languages, Modern Foreign Languages, or any Classical Language or Information Technology.
• Any three subjects from among the subjects mentioned below: Economics, Book-Keeping and Accountancy, Organization of Commerce, Geography, Mathematics and Statistics, Secretarial Practice, Co-operation.
• Any one optional subject carrying 100 marks.
