Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) Honours is a five-year full-time Integrated program in Law offered by Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).

B.A.LL.B. offers students the opportunity to enter the field of legal education at a very early stage of their academic career. It is the integrated programme of law where students get the opportunity to simultaneously study law and humanities. The allied subjects offered under this programme are English, Political Science, History, and Sociology.

It is a five-year programme comprising ten semesters, on completion of which a student earns a graduate degree in law and provides compulsory practical training and mandatory Moot Court practice.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination. Should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the case of the general category, 42% marks in the case of the OBC category, and 40% marks in the case of the SC/ST category.
Age Limit: As prescribed by BCI from time to time.

Admission Details

Admission is based on merit computed based on marks secured in the qualifying examination.

College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments... Classrooms are fully ventilated... Labs and library access is available during office hours six days in a week with staff..

Not A good Collage for BA, LLB

College Infrastructure

Classrooms are okay but not well maintained because the ceilings of classrooms are filled with algae due to rainwater and have become black due to fungus. Boards are also not available in some classes, windows are broken, and curtains are also missing in the classrooms.

Felt that so there is so much more to life.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure at lcd is marvelous, it has an evergreen with a botanical garden as a cherry on top. The campus is well maintained and kept clean throughout the session. The cafeteria area is also well maintained with wide variety of edibles available.
