Lead College of Management or LCM Pallakad was established in the year 2011 and is a premier institution for Management and Business administration courses. LEAD is an acronym for ‘Leadership and Entrepreneurship Academy’. It is a fully residential institution, affiliated with the University of Calicut, Malappuram, AICTE approved, and NAAC and NBA accredited.

Lead College Palakkad's ranking for the year 2023 is ‘AAA’ grade by Careers360 and has been given a gold band in the Indian Academia Ranking 2023. Asian Educational Awards, Education Sensations AEA Conference has awarded Lead College Dhoni Palakkad for the Most Entrepreneur Institution of the Year (2023). Lead College Palakkad offers a flagship MBA and MBA Entrepreneurship programme. Candidates need a minimum of 50% marks in their undergraduate degree, OBC candidates need 45% marks, and SC/ST candidates require a passing degree to qualify for the Lead College MBA eligibility criteria.
