Hey dear, seeing the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting above 500 found it hard to secure a govt. Mbbs seat through any quota. So with 400 marks you cannot get a medical seat for mbbs whatever category you belong to. You need to have a minimum of 550+ marks. Although you may have chance for BAMS and BHMS govt.
