Established in 2006, the LR Institute of Management, Solan, Himachal Pradesh is an affiliated college. Recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) this institute is renowned institution for management and technology education. Estalished on a small campus of only two acres, LR Institute provides chosen students with a study-focused atmosphere. The institute currently enjoys a relatively small student population comprising 10 students at all levels and 10 Faculty members for students focused and quality education. LR Institute of Management offers three full-time degree programmes: MBA, BBA, and BCA, for the purpose of management courses and computer application respectively.

 LR Institute of Management also has numerous facilities that are relevant in today’s market to compliment the needs of the students. The college library is well stocked with books and different journals to enhance learning among the college learners. Hostel accommodation for the students is available for both boys and girls who live in different hostels within the compound. With a fully equipped gym, the lovers of health and fitness can also exercise. The college also imitates with extra curricula by having a sports complex that contains a hall for the hall indoor games like Table Tennis, Carom, Chess etc. IT resources are well developed for study; students have ready access to the necessary technologies. All in all, LR Institute of Management provides its students with three total full time programmes in various fields. The MBA programme is the flagship course which has been approved for an intake of 60 students. It also provides Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) both of which are full time three-year degree programmes. Though it is not clear how much of BBA and BCA is taken, these courses help the institute to attain its objective of offering both management and technology courses. The flexibility of the course structures enables learners to select areas that relate to their deliberate intentions to practice business management and information technology.
