What’s new at LR Institute of Pharmacy Solan?

• LRIP Solan’s students of the pharmacy along with other departments celebrated the HPTU Youth Fest on October 28, 2023.

LR Institute of Pharmacy Solan, established in the year 2006, imparts high-quality education in the field of pharmacy. LRIP Solan is recognised by AICTE, the Pharmacy Council of India and is affiliated with Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur. LR Institute of Pharmacy courses include Diploma of Pharmacy (D.Pharma), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) and Masters of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) courses with duration of 2 years, 4 years and 2 years respectively. To get admission to the LRIP Solan D.Pharma course, candidates must meet eligibility criteria and apply directly. 

For the LRIP Solan B.Pharma course, candidates need to take an entrance test (HPCET or other national-level tests) and apply for counselling. For the LRIP Solan M.Pharma course, candidates must have a graduate degree in B.Pharma and can apply directly. The placement cell at LRIP Solan assists candidates in enhancing their communication abilities and providing them with recruitment in various organisations. The LR Institute of Pharmacy offers various facilities such as hostels, a library, sports and healthcare facilities, labs, and laboratories, among other things.

LR Institute of Pharmacy is located at Village Jabli Kyar, Post Office Oachghat, Rajgarh Road District Solan, Himachal Pradesh. The Shimla Airport is approximately 60 km away and takes about 2 hours to reach the LRIP Solan campus. Candidates arriving by bus will reach Solan Bus Stand and from there, LRIP Solan is about 12.5 km away and takes about 28 minutes to reach.
