About MMC Chennai
Madras Medical College was established in 1835 and formally received the college status in 1850. The UG courses available at MMC Chennai includes MBBS, BSc Nursing, Post B.Sc Nursing, and BPT programmes. PG courses available at Madras Medical College are available in MS, MD, PG Diploma and M.Sc. Infrastructure was very good in terms of clinical resources and patient inflow.Hostel was not upto the mark in the first year which was later rectified when a new hostel building was opened..College and library had everything we could ask for

The college infrastructure is not upto the mark and it doesn’t have proper campus. The college in general is clean and have decent hygienic conditions. The classrooms are very congested for a strength of 250 students.
