Degree wise admission process
BA: the college has an undergraduate program in Arts, which has 300 available seats. Admission to the BA program is based on a merit list prepared from marks obtained in the qualifying 10+2 examination. The students would choose from among several subjects as offered by different departments of study in the college.
B.Com: For the Bachelor of Commerce program, this college has an intake of 80 seats. For seeking admission, consideration is given based on marks in the 10-2 examination; however, preference is given to students who have studied Commerce or related subjects in their higher secondary education.
MA Hindi: 40 seats are provided in the college for the Master's degree in Arts Hindi. Those candidates are eligible to apply who have done their bachelor's from the university as one of the subjects in their bachelor's degree in Hindi. The merit adjudged based on the marks in qualifying bachelor's degrees is the basis of admission.
MA English: Similar to the MA Hindi program, 40 seats are provided for MA English. Those candidates who completed their bachelor's in English or equivalent qualification can apply. Admissions will be based on marks obtained in the relevant subjects during their undergraduate studies.
B.Lib.I.Sc: This Bachelor of Library and Information Science program has 20 seats. Admission to this course is completely open for graduates from any discipline. The selection merit will be prepared based on marks in qualifying bachelor degrees.
