The College Provides Hostel facilities for Boys the cadets consist of well designed new dormitories. It is mandatory for all cadets to stay in the hostel. This way the cadets get a feel of things that will prepare them well for their career at sea. In line with industry standards, the college has built up a well-furnished hostel, managed by an experienced in-house warden. Each room is furnished with closets, study-table, chairs, cots with beds, etc. and each houses two cadets. Realizing the importance of good health and physical fitness of a merchant navy officer, a well-equipped modern gymnasium has been set up with well-qualified and experienced instructors.

The College has a Medical inspection room with well-qualified doctors. For emergency, purposes tie-up with a nearby hospital with an ambulance facility.
The College has Provided ensuring better sportsmanship and competition among cadets in four houses, namely Pacific, Atlantic, Arctic, and Hind. Inter-house matches for various games like cricket, football, volleyball, chess, carrom, table tennis, lawn tennis, rowing, athletics, cross country, boxing, Tug of War, Basketball, Best Physique, and Swimming which are played every semester. At the end of the year a trophy for the best house, the best sportsman is awarded. A daily morning P.T. is being taken by the sports Coordinator/ PTI for 45 minutes duration. A swimming session is also organized every year for all cadets to train in swimming by expert swimming coaches. Also, we have Gymnasium facilities with outstanding Gym instructors.
The College B. Tech section has 8088 books which are organized as per Dewey Decimal Classification Scheme’. Reference books among those are 779 in numbers, holding various Marine Engineering Codes, IMO Publication latest editions, Manuals, Important Titles like Reed’s series and other allied subjects as well as fictions & Non-fictions with one copy of textbooks each. L library also has a CD’s collection Comprising MAN and B and W, CARGO Series, Safety at Sea, etc. Besides this, the library also subscribes around 26 periodicals out of that 14 are technical & 12 non-technical, major among those are Fairplay, Fairplay Solutions, Seatrade, IMO News, Motorship, Oceanite, Times Shipping Journal, Sailor Today, etc. MANET Nautical section has 1789 books. Reference books among those are 103 in numbers. Library subscribes to technical periodicals like Maritime Gateway, Horizon Ahead & some Indian Journals.
The College provides to develop an all-round personality of students, the institute has given equal importance to sports. It is the constant endeavor of the institute to see that the students grow intellectually as well as physically. To facilitate this, the institute has developed its own sports ground with volleyball, football, cricket, basketball, lawn tennis, swimming, rowing, playing facilities, jogging track along with an indoor sports hall with facility for table tennis, carrom, chess, Badminton, Best Physique and boxing. Special care is taken for the regular maintenance of the facility.
The College has a modern computer laboratory equipped with high-performance servers is available on the campus. A wealth of software and several operating system platforms provide extensive opportunities and capabilities for info-tech training as well as the use of modern teaching methods like simulation and computer-based instruction.

The College lab imparts training on Destructive and Non-destructive Testing – Destructive testing comprises tensile tests, Compression tests, Bend tests, Hardness tests, Impact tests.
