Eligibility Criteria
- Maharashtra State Candidates and Outside Maharashtra State Candidates for Admission to the first year:
- Candidates should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subject English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology AND Secured minimum 45% marks (minimum 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward Class Category and physically Handicapped belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the subject Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics added together(Maximum of marks obtained in Biology/Mathematics shall be considered for the purpose of addition) AND Obtained a non zero score in subject Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics added together at MT-CET.
- Candidates who have passed/passing Diploma in Pharmacy and seeking admission to First Year of Pharmacy:
Diploma holders who have passed the Diploma course in Pharmacy with a minimum of 45% marks and medium of instruction as English from AICTE approved Polytechnics. - Candidates who are physically handicapped:
In addition to the basic qualification mentioned candidate should have a non-zero score in the MT-CET 2014 and candidates who are physically handicapped is eligible to seek admission against seats for Physically Handicapped Candidates.(Maharashtra State Candidates only)
Note: The certificate (proforma F/F-1) should clearly state the extent of disability is more than 40% and the disability is permanent in nature) - Candidates who are sons/ daughters of Defense Service Personnel:
In addition to the basic qualification mentioned candidate should have a non-zero score in the MT-CET 2014 and satisfying any one of the following criteria is eligible to seek admission for son/ daughters of Defense Service Personnel Type Def- 1, Type Def- 2 and Type Def- 3
