24 MonthsDiploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is a two-year full-time diploma program offered by the State Council of Educational Research and Training, Chandigarh, and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 50% MARKS IN Senior Secondary (10+2) Examination or its equivalent examination, with five subjects including English, passed is Compulsory.
- Scheduled castes(SC), Backward Class (BC), and Differently-abled candidates shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in minimum qualifying marks at the Senior Secondary(10+2) examination or its equivalent examination. Further, the said 5% relaxation means at least 47.5%
- Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit.
Admission Details
Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/UT Administration.
