Mandesh Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Research, Satara, is a youthful and new institute that has paved its way to earn a good reputation in the field of pharmaceutical education since its establishment in 2018. This affiliated college is in Mhaswad, Satara, Maharashtra, with the sole aim of producing competent pharmacists of the future. The institute is spread over a total of five acres of land and was designed to provide a concentrated learning environment for the students who want to become pharmacy professionals.

Mandesh Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Research provides two courses related to the pharmaceutical field. The institute offers two-year D.Pharma and four-year B.Pharma courses in the field of pharmacy. Both are degree programmes offered full-time on campus, which enables the students to gain a broad pharmaceutical education and training. The D.Pharm programme offers 60 enrolment facilities, and the course fees are nearly Rs 1,30,000. The B.Pharm programme also has an admission of 60 students, and the total course fee comes to around Rs 320,000. Most of these programmes are focused on addressing the need for training students to be a professional workforce in this field. 

Mandesh Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Research considers it paramount to admit students who have a passion for pharmacy courses. To join the B.Pharma programme, the institute offers eligibility for those candidates who have a rank in the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET), a state-level entrance exam for various professional courses.
