About Mangalam College of Engineering, Kottayam
MCE is a private engineering college situated in Kottayam, Kerala which was started in 2002. MCE is Associated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, and the Institute offers Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate course variety. MCE is spread over 45-acre large area; it is a co-education institution and has a total enrolment of 1830 students and a faculty of 206. The institute provides nineteen programmes in five degrees with different branches of engineering. MCE has 63% of male and 37% of female student enrollment and 83% of undergraduate and 17% postgraduate enrolment.
Right from classrooms and laboratories to hostels and transport, Mangalam College of Engineering Kottayam has made avail the state-of-art facilities for pupil’s efficient multifaceted development in every sphere of academics and personality. The hostels for boys and girls in the campus offer commodious rooms, neat and clean dining halls and secured environment 24×7. Equipment in the gym, containing a reference and electronic library with up-to-date information, and numerous playing fields for basketball, volleyball, and football help students to develop good health as well as minds. The college also has a medical centre that offers free first aid and a clinic for the health of students and college staff. Other facilities include computer-internet connectivity, highly equipped laboratories, a bank with ATM, services and accommodation facilities for our guests as well as fully developed it facilities that enhance learning.
