    Yes brother you can report to Delhi for JoSAA counselling.

    Even in my case, I was a candidate from UP but I'd given my JoSAA counselling from Madhya Pradesh.

    So yes it is possible

    There are different cut offs for different categories,since the results are out now, you can see on your report card if there is a column for caste rank, OBC or any caste certificates are supposed to be attached when filling up the form, so, they can give your caste rank.

    They use both ranks for getting you colleges.  Basically for government college , if they have reservations then your category wise rank would be considered to get to you best options available for you.

    Since you have secured 86.33 percentile and you are lying under general category. Your expected CRL rank would be almost 160000 .

    You will not get any NITs and IIITS due to low rank.

    Sorry but no there is no chance of getting good college ,but you may check gfti college and other state college which take admission on jee mains rank or marks.

    Yes you can register for the JOSAA counselling for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs colleges even if you have not cleared JEE ADVANCED Examination.

    Hey Neeraj, EWS is newly introduced category so nothing can be said about it. You can apply for JOSAA counseling but at this low percentile it is impossible to get into NITS, IIITS and GFTIS. You can focus on other exams like BITSAT, SRMJEE, VITEEE, GUJCET, MHTCET,  etc to get

    While filling options for JoSAA counselling, the options are given as such that the combination of one institute along with the program is given. For ex: you can choose preference 1 as CSE, NIT Trichy; preference 2 as CSE, NIT Warangal and preference 3 as Mech, NIT Trichy etc.
