As you mentioned ,that you have secured 15019 in st category ,but didn't mentioned whether you have delhi domicile quota or not ;so we'll consider both the situations .

If you have all india quota ,chances of getting admission in MAMC gets a bit low ,as last year's cutoff was 1792. But if you have ,delhi university internal quota ,last year's cutoff reached 106393;that will increase your cances of getting a medical seat in MAMC.

As you mentioned,that you have secured AIR 4104 and have delhi 85%quota with obc category quota ,you have less chances of getting a medical seat in Maulana Azad Medical College ,if we consider last year's cutoff ,that was, 210 rank for obc category.

This year there is an increment in the number of mbbs seats by 4,500 ;so there is still a hope.

According to your score and last years cutoff you do stand a good chance of getting in one of these colleges.

If you have the DU domicile then chance are a littke more higher than if you do not have delhi domicile. 

Your chances seem fair enough. However nothing can be said with absolute surity because the cutoff trend tends to vary year.

In MAMC Agroha(Haryana), the cutoff rank is 800-900 maximum for general category. Your rank will be much behind the cutoff.

It will be better if you check other colleges.

As per previous year cut off trend, your Chances of getting Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha is quite dicey as accordingly a score of 500+ fetches a seat in the college. This time the cut offs are high too because of an easy paper comparatively .

Congratulations to you for such a good score and no doubt that your score will get you a seat in MAULANA AZAD MEDICAL COLLEGE, NEW DELHI. 

According to last year's(2018) 1st round allotment list of NEET UG the last student to secure an MBBS seat in this college under SC category had an AIR of 841.

Even if the cutoffs vary and goes high you still have a very good chance of getting into in this college.

If you dont get Mualana Azad Medical College through AIQ then you have a very good chance of getting it through Delhi University Internal Qouta. You havn't mentionaed your category in the question hence i am enlisting the last ranks of each category to be admitted in MAMC in the 1st round seat allotment on 2018. (MBBS)

Through DU

• General:- 1170 
• OBC:- 4942
  
• ST:- 81829
• SC:- 27333

Through AIQ

• General:- 22
• OBC:- 112

Anything could not be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a good chance to get into a good college provided on your reservation category. In 2018, the opening rank for OBC was 32 and closing rank was 112.  In 2017, the opening rank for OBC was 53 and closing rank was 257. 

In 2016, the opening rank for ai quota was 78 and closing rank was 181.
