Congratulations to you for such a good score and no doubt that your score will get you a seat in MAULANA AZAD MEDICAL COLLEGE, NEW DELHI.
According to last year's(2018) 1st round allotment list of NEET UG the last student to secure an MBBS seat in this college under SC category had an AIR of 841.
Even if the cutoffs vary and goes high you still have a very good chance of getting into in this college.

I got AIR 1607. Category rank was 26

ok, you didnt mentioned it in the question. With AIR of 1607 then you have very very less chances of getting a mbbs here.However if you are intersted in joining bds here then you can easily get an admission in bds. The last rank to get bds under SC category was 20382(AIR) in AIQ.
If I was interested in BDS , I wouldn't have worked for 641 Mark's in neet.
