24 MonthsPost Basic B.Sc Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by the Mizoram University, Aizawl, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
- The minimum educational requirements shall be passing of GNM in an institution that is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. 5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates may be given.
- The candidate must possess a valid registration as R.N.R.M. with INC INC-recognized State Nursing Council.
- Students shall be admitted once a year.
- The candidate must have a minimum of one year of work experience after GNM.
- Reservation: For disabled candidates, 4% Disability reservation is to be considered with a disability of locomotor to the tune of 40% to 50% of the lower extremity, and other eligibility criteria with regard to age and qualification will be the same as prescribed for each nursing program. The candidate must produce a valid disability certificate issued by a government-approved institution. In case this reservation is not availed, the seat shall revert to the general quota.
