Muthayammal College of Arts and Science is an autonomous college located in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India, and was set up in the year 1994. The college occupies a 10 acres and provides a wide spectrum of 44 courses in 10 diverse degrees. It is a large institute with the total number of students registered as 4,864 and with 296 members of the teaching faculty the institute boasts of a reasonable student-teacher ration. This college brings out the quality college education through accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
Muthayammal College of Arts and Science with modern facilities that support its intended learning environment includes the following. On host and accommodation, there is provision of different hostels for boys and girls where they have comfortable and hygienic food facility. The library department is well stocked with books and journals and newspapers of student and faculty requirements are met here. For sports enthusiasts, the college has halls for different games such as handball, football, hockey, volley ball, cricket and so on. At prsent, the technology available in the campus is appropriate to make sure that the students get the right experience in terms of technology. The facilities include cafeteria, an auditorium, well illuminated and equipped laboratories, a health centre, a gym and other play grounds. The college also has an active alumni cell so that the students who have graduated from the college can remain in touch with this college.
Muthayammal College of Arts and Science therefore has a complete range of 44 courses in all the fields. The institute offers 15 undergraduate programmes, 11 postgraduate programmes, 8 M.Phil programmes and 10 Ph.D. programmes. These consist of B.Sc., Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, B.Com., BBA., BCA at the undergraduate level. At postgraduate level, the programmes offered are M.Sc in many sciences, M.Com and MA in English.

College Infrastructure
Good management with well versed equipments, laboratories, libraries and sport's centres out here, highly maintained wifi facilities with smart boards in each and every classroom included here, and well maintained floor with hygiene.

College Infrastructure
In my college infrastructure is very good. Lab facilities and library facilities are Excellent and awesome infrastructures. In my college as many sport events are conducted. Both boys and girls separate hostel facilities with wifi connections. Accomodation is very clean and secure for both boys and girls. Late night parties are banded in campus and Hostel. Hostel food is very hygienic method. I prefer this collage .
