About Nagaland University, Kohima

Nagaland University is a Central University which was established in 1989. The University of Nagaland offers a total number of 13 programmes at diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels such as M.Ed, M.Sc, M.Com, MA, PGD, M.Phil, PhD and many others. Admissions to UG courses will be offered to candidates who have passed class 12th from a recognised board, whereas for PG courses bachelor’s degree is a minimum eligibility criteria.

Candidates must ensure that they fulfil the Nagaland University eligibility criteria before applying to these courses.The headquarter of the university is located at Lumami, Zunheboto. The other campuses of the university are spread across the state - at Kohima, Medziphema, and Dimapur.
