NCC selection isn't very difficult to get selected.Associate NCC Officer (ANO) holds the responsibility of all NCC activities in the college. NCC selection is done based on physical test.You need to participate in the physical test and medical tests, this physical test includes running race and some exercises like pull ups and push up.If you have passed in this test and medical test you will be selected.You need to fill the enrollment form and pay the fee.So you need to physically and medically fit.

The application forms for Nizam College, Hyderabad has not been released yet. As per the official website, all.the academic activities are postponed and the new dates will be intimidated later. You need to keep an eye on the official website for updates.
You study for the entrance examination. The subject is mostly class 12th syllabus or the basic knowledge on the subject stream you have applied for.

No, parent's aren't needed while attending for personal interview. It's personal interview and it's done personally, you will even not be having the students who have come along  with you for personal interview beside you.
