Oriental College of Pharmacy was established under the aegis of Oriental Education Society in the year 2004. The institute is also known as OCP. Oriental College of Pharmacy is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi and is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. OCP offers Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Pharmacy in Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology to the students.

OCP offers Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Pharmacy in Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology to the students. For undergraduate admission, aspirants have to apply and appear for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test B.Pharm (MHT CET B.Pharm) conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell - Maharashtra State and candidates fulfilling the cutoff requirement have to participate in the counselling of MHT CET conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. Oriental College of Pharmacy admission process for postgraduate students includes appearing in the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and obtain a non zero score and then participating in the Centralized Admission Process for choice filling, choice locking and seat allotment. The classrooms of OCP have diffused lighting, walls and ceilings that are designed to achieve the best acoustic balance. These classrooms equipped with the LCD projection system. Every lecture theatre is fitted with a blackboard and has a comfortable sitting capacity for 60 students in each class.
