Pacific Institute of Computer Application (PICA) is one of the constituent college founded in 1997 and is located in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Located on a large plot of 100 acres of land, PICA has facilities for a vast subject area of computer application and information technology. The institute offers 8 courses at six degrees having focus of Computer Applications, Information Technology and Computer Science streams. The institution is on its mission of imparting quality education offerings primarily in the field of computer science and technology in undergraduate and postgraduate learning.

PICA has availed various infrastructures to improve the  students’ scholastic and all round development. Extending to the area of over 1 lac sq. ft., the Sirius Library comprises of the book collection of over 2,50,000, 1,400 Indian and foreign magazines, journals and a number of digital resources. Computer application and other related courses also benefits from practical training instruments like well endowed laboratories for the students. For physical health, PICA boasts of well structured sports amenities and a fully outfitted gym. The campus contains male and female hostels, equipped with comfortable beds and sitting areas, and located with proximity to all the facilities. A clean cafeteria provides and prepares different types of tasty foods and beverages. It also boasts on solid IT comprising facilities which allow the students have the right technology.

PICA provides all round courses in computer application and other related subjects. The institute offers eight full-time programmes in undergraduate, postgraduate as well as doctoral level programmes. These include the BCA, MCA, M.Sc. IT & CS, PGDCA, and Ph.D. Computer application courses. In addition, PICA has an integrated BCA MCA programme and a special BCA in Cloud Technology and IT information Security. The institute’s goals and objectives state that the institute shall educate a large number of students every year.
