Parbati Teachers' Training Institute, established in 2014, is located in Burdwan, West Bengal. This affiliated college, under the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), is in the domain of teacher education. This institution has two full-time courses—B.Ed and D.El.Ed.—over a compact campus of 0.98556 acres. With a total student intake of 224 and a faculty strength of 19, ideal conditions for focused learning are provided to the aspiring teachers at Parbati Teachers' Training Institute.

This institution has several facilities provided to the students to enhance their learning process. Both programs are full-time, extending over two years to provide the necessary skills and knowledge for success in teaching. 

The admission process in Parbati Teachers' Training Institute is merit-based, following the policies prescribed by the state government and the affiliated university. Admission to the B.Ed course shall be made based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or an entrance examination. The same is the case with D.El.Ed. The selection is also based on the merits of the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination or any other selection method as prescribed by the State Government or UT administration.
