College is overall a good option... or the best option in Bihar for girls. The faculties are well qualified and the whole concern is given in developing the students. Disciplines are quite strict . Placements are generally for vocational courses and many add on courses are also conducted by the various departments in college.

Average college but not the best out there!

Batch of 2017 | BCA
Infrastructural facilities are surprisingly good here. But the canteen is below average. College does not guarantee good placements. It does not provide any industrial/corporate/technical exposures. You are here on yourself. Some teachers and faculty members are really rude. And the most surprising fact is this, the teachers of the BCA dept. does not know what they are really teaching about! The syllabi of BCA course is never completed on time. College organizes fests, 'Viraasat' or seminars whenever it likes. The college mainly attracts diverse convent sister crowds. If you are a Christian, then dheere se nikal le cuz you are so going to suffer! The worst thing is it is affiliated to Patna University which has not reviewed its freak in syllabi of BCA from time immemorial. There is also On the Job Training which is made to be done after the 3rd year _/\_ You have to take extra coaching for doing the training! Plus, the college also bans mobiles in the holy name of studies :D Plus Plus, the college hostel also does not allow to keep your cell phones there..it's banned :D and guess what? the laptops are banned too :D And you have to wear salwar kameez whenever you are going out of your room in the campus. If you are a female n want to do BCA in Patna at affordable fees, other colleges...don't limit yourself here. All the best!

Selecting bcems as a course was a waste of time and money as they provide no placement but do take a large amount of fee. Though intership starts from very first year, no advice and help is given by college faculty. student strive for internships and end up in working less known companies with no stipened. This degree from Patna Women's college is just a waste as you will need a proper master degree to study the basics of media studies before aiming for a job.

What is the min marks obtained in entrance test of bmc for admission

Abhi Shah 23rd May, 2019

Hi Tanvi,  Now for admission in any college or university depends upon merit list. Merit list depends upon many factors like number of students appeared in the enteance exam, number of studenta who have cleared the exam, number of students applied in the same university as of yours, etc. Based on these factors merit loat will generate. Based on that merit list you can decide whether you will get admiasion or not. Hope this is helpful for your dilemma.
