People Tree Education Society Belgaum has a placement cell, which provides training and placement assistance to its students. PTeS Belgaum placement cell main aim is to create knowledge, influence management practices and global integration. The placement cell of PTeS Belgaum invites renowned companies for conducting pre-placement talks and campus recruitment drives for the selection of students. 

PTeS Belgaum placement cell conducts industry expert talk, skill development workshops, industrial projects, operational workouts and training. The training programmes offered by PTeS Belgaum placement cell are resume writing, mock aptitude test, refresher course on domain knowledge, mock GD and PI. PTeS Belgaum placement process starts with pre-placement training provided to students on the basis of job description, then pre-placement talks and campus recruitment drives are conducted for the hiring of students.
