48 MonthsBachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing is a full-time four-year graduate course. Offered by the Pondicherry University, Puducherry with the approval of Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
1. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
2. The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of:
- Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (12years course).
Or - Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2), pre-degree Examination (10+2).
Or - An equivalent with 12 years schooling from a recognized board or university with Science, Physics, Chemistry & Biology/ Botany & Zoology) with minimum 45% (40% marks for SC, ST, MBC, OBC candidates) aggregate marks and English as a subject.
3. A candidate shall be medically fit.
Admission Details
Selection of the candidates is based on the merit of the Entrance Examination held by the University or Competent Authority. Admissions are done through Registrar office Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry.
