About PIMS Pondicherry
Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Pondicherry was established in 2002. PIMS Pondicherry offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes to students who want to pursue higher degree courses in the fields of Nursing, Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine, Medical-Surgical Nursing, General Surgery and others.
Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Pondicherry offers courses like BSc, MSc, MBBS, MD, MS, MCh, and PhD. Admission into MBBS courses at PIMS Pondicherry is granted through NEET UG. For MD/MS courses at PIMS, NEET-PG scores are considered while for MCh courses NEET-SS scores are considered. PhD admissions are given based on the interview process and viva voice. PIMS Pondicherry is a co-ed institution which has been accredited by NAAC and is an affiliated college of Pondicherry University, Puducherry.
