Pune Institute of Business Management is a private college affiliated with the Gauhati University, Guwahati.  It is one of the campuses of PIBM Pune. PIBM, Pune is ranked highly by Times B School, Business Today, and the Outlook. PIBM, Guwahati has been ranked 2nd in Guwahati It was established in the year 2016. PIBM Guwahati offers 2 undergraduate courses – Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degrees under Gauhati University. Students can choose either of these courses and apply for the same, provided they fulfil the basic eligibility criteria. These are 3-year courses that can be pursued in full-time, regular mode only. The college has its own admission process and does not require any entrance test. Admission into the college is done on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the previous qualifying examination and in the interview round. The institute has its own active placement cell that has associations with multiple industry leaders. The college has state of the art infrastructure which provides various facilities to the students, some of these are- a library, medical-aid, cafeteria, excellent IT infrastructure, sports facilities, parking facility, and an auditorium.
