The Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course is five years full-time, which includes 4 years of curriculum plus 1 year of rotating internship, offered by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot and approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI).

Eligibility Criteria

A student is eligible for entry to the course after passing the 12th class examination (medical subjects).

Admission Details

The admission procedure is based on NEET, and the NEET test is conducted by the central government. Admission to 85% state quota seats made by the Baba Farid University of Health and Sciences, Faridkot, by conducting online/offline counseling. The remaining 15% of the seats are filled from the India Quota by the Health Ministry of the Central Government. Admissions are made strictly according to the guidelines of the state government.
