Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) is a four-year full-time undergraduate program in the pharmacy education course offered by Assam Science and Technology University, Guwahati, and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

Eligibility Criteria

Passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Science stream with not less than 50% marks in aggregate with the combination of P.C.M. or P.C.B or P.C.M.B with English as one of the subjects. Pass marks should be obtained separately in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (or) Mathematics without grace marks.
Candidates must not be less than 17 years and not more than 24 years of age on the 31st of December of the year in which the admission is sought. For SC/ST candidates, the age may be relaxed by 3 years.
In the case of students belonging to SC/ST/ or Category- I, the minimum percentage of marks for admission to the B.Pharm course shall be not less than 45% in 10+2 or equivalent examination (P.C.B, or P.C.M. or P.C.M.B.) with English as one of the subjects. Pass marks should be obtained separately in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (or) Mathematics without grace marks.
In respect of candidates who have taken P.C.M.B. Combination the aggregate of P.C.M. or P.C.B. whichever is higher shall be considered for admission. However, the students possessing 10+2 qualifications from non-formal and non-classroom-based schooling such as the National Institute of Open Schooling; open school systems of States, etc. shall not be eligible for admission to B.Pharm Course.

College Infrastructure

The campus is situated in a peaceful area surrounded by greenery, which creates a good environment for studying. The classrooms are spacious and the library has a good collection of books and journals related to pharmacy. The laboratories are working fine and living spaces are clean and hygienic food is there.

College life is good but needs career focus growth

College Infrastructure

The college has decent infrastructure, facilities, classrooms are well-equipped with modern stuffs. There are labs which are functioning, there is a library, sports centers, wifi. All of these are used and well-maintained.
