Raja Balwant Singh Engineering Technical Campus, Bichpuri was established in 1984. The college offers undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma courses in engineering and pharmacy through the faculty of engineering and technology and faculty of pharmacy. All these courses are approved by AICTE. The college was formerly affiliated to Dr B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra and currently, it is affiliated to Dr A.P.J. AKTU Technical University, Lucknow. The B.Pharm course is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India.

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC): ICC is constituted every year in order to cater to problems of students. Students can bring various issues. The committee also provides a feedback system in place which provides a channel to students for reporting their grievance or giving any suggestion.
Women's Grievance Redressal Cell: The cell is committed to the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women and takes active steps towards gender sensitization and elimination of sexual harassment.
Internal Quality Assurance Cell: The aim of IQAC is to plan, guide, and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Enhancement activities of the Institution.
Potable Wate supply: RBS Technical Campus has enough potable water supply.
Post office and Bank: A post office is functioning within the campus with its working hours between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. The extension of the bank is also functioning on the campus between 11.00 am – 1.30 pm. ATM facility is also available on the campus.
Anti Ragging Committee: Anti-Ragging Committee of RBS campus ensures compliance with the provisions of the regulations as well as the provisions of the law concerning ragging is in force. It also monitors and oversees the performance of the Anti-Ragging Squad in prevention of ragging in the institution. The committee makes sure there is no ragging happening on the campus.
Women Empowerment Cell: The WEC cell was established to address the practical issues related to the welfare of and equal opportunities for women faculty members, staff and students.
Committee for SC/ST: The cell resolves all the affairs and problems related to the SC/ST students and faculties.
Institution-Industry Cell: The cell gets regular inputs from the personnel from Industries for curriculum design and execution by linking the latest technology towards continuous improvement.
Entrepreneurial Cell: The objective of the cell of RBS Technical Campus is to provide various information with reference to starting a business to budding student entrepreneurs and to create an entrepreneurial culture among students. It fosters better linkages between industries and R and D activities of the college and promotes innovation through the establishment of incubation centre. The cell regularly organizes camps, seminars, workshops, industrial visits and other developmental programmes.
Alumni Association: Alumni association meets once a year. Alumni who are working in the companies regularly inform the college about the requirements of the companies. This association is dedicated to advancing innovation and technological excellence for the benefit of humanity.
Language Laboratory: The college is running this programme with the help of computers and software. This programme is very helpful to the students as it improves their ability to understand the International Language very clearly and use it in practice.
Counsellor Cell: The cell facilitates academic, emotional, social and cognitive development of the student and empowers them in their learning and personal development.
NPTEL-SWAYAM: The college promotes students to take part in NPTEL-SWAYAM programme and assist them to enrol in it. The National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL), a project funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), provides e-learning through online web and video courses in engineering, sciences, technology, management and humanities. NPTEL is one of the national coordinators of Ministry of HRD’s prestigious Study Webs of Active – Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) programme. All courses offered by NPTEL are a part of SWAYAM.

The admission process for first-year B.Tech and later entry:
Candidates need to submit their online application form for the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE).
UPSEE is organised by Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) and conducted by Central Admission Board, which is the authorised body under AKTU university to conduct UPSEE.
Based on the entrance test - (UPSEE), shortlisted candidates have to appear for counselling.
During the counselling, candidates have to lock their preference for the course and college.
Final merit list will be prepared based on the entrance test score, preference for course and college.
Shortlisted candidates have to visit the allotted colleges and complete the admission process, which includes document verification and fee payment.

Admission is based on the qualifying score at graduation.

Canteen: A well maintained Cafetaria is situated within the institute campus premises. Hygienic tasty snacks and food items are available during institute timings at reasonable rates.
Computer Centre: The computer centre maintains and manage campus networking and internet facility. It provides both wired and WiFi connectivity to students and staff. Hostel: Hostel facilities at Bichpuri are provided for boys and girls. It is equipped with all the modern facilities. There is the provision of RO water plants and Generator Backup facility in case of Power Failure in all the hostels. The hostels are fully safe and enclosed with boundary walls and have the provisions of Indoor and Outdoor games and recreation facilities for the students.
Library: Bichpuri, technical campus library has the latest volumes, in the fields engineering, science, technology, management and general areas. It has the membership for e-resources and has a subscription to national and international peer-reviewed e-journals. It also has the facility of NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning). Online public access catalogue (OPAC) facility is available to facilitate the online search of the library books with title, author, keyword and subject. It has an institutional membership of DELNET.
Medical Facilities: The campus has a medical facility. Medical doctor and other necessary first aid and emergency medicines are available for the staff and students. A well qualified medical practitioner is available during the college hours, and the students can avail the medical facilities free of cost. The Institute also has links with well-equipped hospitals of Agra to deal with any severe emergency cases.
Sports: The college has indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Indoor games like carrom, table tennis, chess are available in the hostel. The college has a well-furnished football field and cricket fields. It also has a hockey field, handball, volleyball and badminton court. Tournaments in these sports are organized in the institute at University level. The institute organizes annual sports every year in which students of all disciplines take part.

Raja Balwant Singh Management Technical Campus is affliated to Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Technical University and is Approved by AICTE, New Delhi. It is not a Government Institutions. It was established under the aegis of Balawant Educational Society and it is a Private Institution.

Raja Balwant Singh Engineering Technical Campus, Agra does not have any tuition fee waiver seats and thus fees need to be paid for admission and pursuing a technical course but they do have provision for a scholarship for the meritorious and needy students and also to the students of SC/ ST categories. Scholarship application forms are to be filled and submitted separately.
