General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year full-time Diploma course offered by Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical and Nursing Council.


Eligibility Criteria

1. Age limit for admission: A candidate for admission into General Nursing & Midwifery should have completed 17 years and should not be more than 35 years on 31st December of year of admission.

2. Sex: Female/Male

3. Educational Qualifications

a. Should have passed 10th & 12th examination conducted by the Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education or any Examination recognized as equivalent there to

b. Should have secured not less than 45% marks in the intermediate examination or equivalent examination. In case of SC & ST candidates, it shall be not less than 40% of Marks

4. The candidate should possess good health, mental and moral character
