About R J College Mumbai
Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College, an autonomous institution in Mumbai, which was established in the year 1963. RJC Mumbai is also approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited with an “A” grade by NAAC. The college deals in undergraduate and postgraduate Doctoral programmes in arts, commerce, science, management, and technology streams.
RJC Mumbai offers 3 years of full-time undergraduate programmes, including BA in various specialisations, BSc in Physics, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Statistics, IT, BCom, BMS, BMM, and BVoc in IT & CS. At the postgraduate level, Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College offers 2-year MA, MSc and MCom programmes. Since the college is affiliated with the University of Mumbai, thus the admissions to UG programmes are merit-based, determined by HSC exam marks, while PG admissions follow university entrance guidelines and academic merit. Apart from this PhD admissions are offered on the basis of entrance exams like NET/SET/GATE/PET.
Apart from this, the college also offers various facilities, amongst which placement facilities have been recognised by the people and students the most. As per NIRF 2025, a total of 7 students were placed at a median Rs 7.25 LPA in 2023–24.
Apart from this Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College facilities offer multiple well-equipped laboratories, a central library, seminar halls, an auditorium, sports facilities, and student activity centres.

I like the college's infrastructure, as it is already in the heart of Mumbai City, college tried to maintain the all necessary equipments for laboratory, a big Library and Wifi enabled classes, with a new addition of smart boards.

College Infrastructure
It was a good experience staff was great. Got many learning from the college. I was able to reach district level singing competition through RJ for which i am truly greatful. The professors are very interactive and helpful.
