    Master of Science (M.Sc) in Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the postgraduate level in the nursing course offered by Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai.


    Eligibility Criteria

    • Only female candidates are eligible
    • BSc nursing degree from this university or any other university.
    • Registration with the Tamil Nadu State Nursing Council.
    • BSc nursing graduates and post-basic nursing graduates should have a year of experience in a hospital or in a college of nursing or in a school of nursing, or in a community health program after the declaration of the results.
    • Minimum of one year of experience before or after post-basic BSc nursing.
    • The student shall be medically fit. The student has to submit a recent medical fitness certificate from a recognized physician at the time of admission. 
    • Students shall be admitted once a year.
