As you have mentioned that your neet score is 113 marks which indeed is too less and you fall under sc category. Sorry to say but your chances to get bams or bhms is about negligible. Beacuse if we look over the cutoff for bhns its about 450+ marks

Your admission in any medical College will be based on your AIR and marks secured. You didn't mention these in the question and also your category.  So your percentile won't matter in the counsellings.  A minimum of 50 percentile is required for qualifying the NEET exam but that doesn't

With such a low score it's difficult to get admission in any branch. But still you can try in private colleges. The chance of getting a seat is only there. If you will not get there then you can try from management quota or any other quota also.

You have not mentioned your category anywhere so I assume it to be general.Yes with this mark ,you have good chances of getting a bams private seat.you have scored enough to get admission even in a government college .If you have domicile of any state then it might help
